SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Dispatch is 1-3 days depending on backlog of orders only from Wednesday to Sunday. We use Evri and their delivery time is 1-3 days (Depending on how quickly parcels are collected). Depending on volume of orders, we do tend to send them out the next day. We do not want our cat and dog customers to wait any longer than they have to.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customers can contact us for cancellation via email or website form. As long as it’s not been shipped we can do a refund.
 

Standard Return Policy
We can only process returns and refunds for unopened or unused products/treats within 30 days from date of purchase.

In rare cases where irregularity is reported on our products, we will replace the irregular/defective product. Please provide us the details of your order and details of product so we can report the inconsistency/defect to our suppliers/manufacturers. If possible at all, please send us pictures of the irregular product as well.
 

How To Return A Product
To return a product, send us an e-mail at info@petculiarlittleshop.com. Please let us know why you are returning the product, the order number, and the number of products that needs to be returned.

When a return is confirmed, we will deliver instructions on how to arrange the return shipment via email.
