“New Study shows Milk Thistle added to your pet’s diet will not only accelerate liver regeneration but for pets with liver issues, it will also help prevent future damage to the liver.”

This powerful herb is actually accepted as a herb with medicinal value by conventional medicine.

Milk thistle contains three chemicals:

  • Silychristine
  • Silydianin
  • Silybin
  • Mixture of these 3 substances is called Silymarin.

Silymarin is now approved for use in pets. Can be used in dogs, cats, horses, goats, ferrets and rodents to aid in:

Liver or kidney damage

Hepatitis

Jaundice

Leptospirosis

Parvovirus recovery

Conventional medication can hurt the liver if taken for a prolonged period. Milk thistle is recommended to be used to flush out residues and help in the recovery of liver function.

By using milk thistle, you can help your pet eliminate common allergies and stop their liver from releasing too many histamines.

*Milk thistle should be administered for 3-6 weeks with a 1-3 week break. Medicinal herbs should not be used for extended periods.

*Not suitable for pregnant or lactating pets.

Recommended dose 1/8 teaspoon per 10kg of body weight per day. We recommend for you to break up the dose into several meals.
